Trees are grafted into CT500 Mahaleb rootstock. A full sized, hardy, vigorous and disease resistant cherry rootstock. Mahaleb rootstock improves productivity, produces fruit in fewer years and is one of the most drought tolerant cherry rootstocks. It is best on deeper, more well drained soils but will not tolerate wet, saturated soils well.
