Honeycrisp has become a household name for good reason, sweet flavor, crisp bite and long storage life. Grown around the world, it is one of the most successful apples to come out of the University of Minnesota's apple breeding program. Not the most vigorous tree but the fruit quality makes up for it. Resistant to apple scab but moderately susceptible to fire blight.
