Kristin Sweet Cherry Tree - Bare Root (Spring 2025)

Kristin Sweet Cherry produces large, juicy, flavorful, dark purple/red cherries. The trees are good producers and are one of the most hardy sweet cherry varieties. Kristin has been grown with success across a very large geography of the U.S. and has been a favorite internationally in places like Norway. Kristin sweet cherry is not self pollinating and requires another compatible sweet cherry for pollination. Summit sweet cherry is our recommended 2025 pollination partner.

Trees are grafted into CT500 Mahaleb rootstock. A full sized, hardy, vigorous and disease resistant cherry rootstock. Mahaleb rootstock improves productivity, produces fruit in fewer years and is one of the most drought tolerant cherry rootstocks. It is best on deeper, more well drained soils and will not tolerate wet, saturated soils well.
