Liberty Apple Tree - 7 Gallon Potted

Liberty apple trees are a great choice for homeowners or first time apple growers.  The trees are vigorous, bear annually and tend to spread out for easier harvest as the trees grow.  Trees bring resistance to scab, rust, mildew and fireblight. The yellow/red apples have a crisp bite with tart yet sweet flavor and are great fresh off the tree or for cooking a perfect desert.

3/4" or greater caliper, well feathered (branched)

5 - 6' tall

Semi-dwarf on EMLA 111 rootstock that produces larger semi-dwarf (80% size) trees that are very well anchored and can handle heavy, poorly drained soils well. Trees on EMLA 111 are a good choices for the backyard or acreage growers who want a tree that is smaller than standard and provides some valuable shade.
