Triumph® apple produces showy red apples that have been described as "pleasantly tart and well balanced." It is a cross between Honeycrisp and Liberty, drawing fruit quality characteristics from Honeycrisp and disease tolerance from Liberty. The fruit stores well and is tasty fresh or in baked goods where some of the tart flavors is typically desired. Excellent resistance to apple scab.
